If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- In order to process your Refund, you can raise a request by:
- Contacting Customer Support Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- For return of the product, there are three options available to you:
Exchange: in case you receive a wrong product different from what you have ordered for, you can exchange the wrong product for the right product you have ordered for.
Replacement: the product in your order will be replaced by the Seller with an identical product only in the case you receive a damaged product.
Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size, colour or model, or is out of stock, you may opt for refund of your money.
- Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process. Certain kind of products may be designated as no exchange/non-refundable, and for such kind of products there are no return options available to you for exchange, replacement, or refund.
- Sometimes the package may appear to be damaged due to shipping and handling but the product inside the packaging may be in good condition. However, if you notice that your package inside has been tampered with or the product is not sealed properly in its box, you can reject the order on the spot. If you notice any damage or defect after you accept the package, you may opt for return and/or replacement of the product.
- Return is a facility provided by the respective Seller directly in terms of this policy of which the option of exchange/replacement and/or refund is offered by the respective Sellers to you. The Seller shall be responsible for any damage or defective product received by you.
- We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and the product. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In case you are shipping the product at your own cost, you shall be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for return of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for return, your product must be unused in the original condition as received (brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, all the accessories therein) along with the receipt of proof of purchase. You must return the product within 7 calendar days from the date you receive it.
- Once we receive your product(s), the Seller/Yuthakacart will inspect it and we shall notify you that the product(s) has been received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved by the Seller/Yuthakacart as the case may be, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Following are the refund processing timelines after the product is received and is approved for refund by Yuthakacart or the Seller notifies of the approval of the return:
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7-15 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional certain number of business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid or we receive a failure notice from your bank , refund will be issued through a demand draft. We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 7-15 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Refund of return product will not be processed if the product is:
- Missing or Damaged (caused while in your possession).
- Damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is used or altered.
- If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by the Seller.
- Returned without receipt or proof of purchase.
